Senior Facilities Manager Location: On-site – Sydney, NSW
What this opportunity involves: The role involves managing and maintaining a range of Owned Properties and Leased Premises across the NSW region (or as assigned) on a daily basis. This is to support Tabcorp's service delivery functions, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
The role will also serve as the second-in-command to the National FM and may involve leading the FM team when necessary. Based at the client's new corporate office at Darling Park, Sydney, this position is considered a Senior Leadership operational role. It entails providing guidance and support to the broader team and, occasionally, managing and overseeing other properties within the portfolio.
There is an expectation that the Senior Facilities Manager will be on-site 5 days a week if no site inspections are planned.
Overview of the role: Responsibilities include overseeing site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as occupancy services and helpdesk operations. The portfolio encompasses a variety of commercial and retail properties, including major corporate head offices.

This is what we are looking for: A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client. An engaging people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team. 7+ years experience in facilities, property management, or related field Has experience working in corporate environments including dealings with Executive level. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements Knowledge of critical facilities Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services Understands basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts. Strong budget management and financial analysis skills Travel is required including potentially interstate.
