Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Join as Senior Facilities Manager to boost tenant satisfaction via property operations and strategic contractor management Oversee budgets, ensure compliance, and build tenant relationships while promoting service excellence and sustainability Adelaide | Land of the Kaurna people We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure tenant satisfaction through efficient operation and maintenance of property services. Responsibilities include coordinating service personnel, managing building contractors, ensuring safety and risk management, and fostering positive relationships among tenants and staff. The role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and adherence to CBRE's values and policies. Key Responsibilities:  Customer Engagement & Communication: Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer service through effective communication with tenants and clients.Property Operations Management: Oversee property budgets, manage operating expenditures, implement operational strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.Contract Management: Supervise contractors and consultants for various services, review maintenance agreements, and ensure timely completion of capital works while adhering to KPIs.Tenant Liaison: Address tenant inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing clear communication regarding building services and maintenance activities.Administration & Reporting: Manage documentation, prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain technical records, ensuring all safety and environmental audits are addressed. Key Performance Indicators:  Service Excellence: Achieve high tenant satisfaction, maintain superior customer service, meet KPIs in facilities management, engage tenant stakeholders, and promote collaboration among stakeholders.Operating Expenditure: Manage site operating costs within budget, ensure efficient equipment operation, facilitate cost-effective maintenance, and assist in budget delivery.Site Functionality: Ensure minimal disruption, provide timely technical reporting, manage documentation and cleaning/security services, conduct inspections, and compile monthly performance reports.Compliance: Adhere to client procedures and laws, manage contractor compliance, ensure contracts are in place before work starts, enhance contractor performance, and oversee maintenance schedules.Sustainability & Risk: Manage energy, water, waste, and indoor environmental quality for NABERS ratings, and ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards, fostering a zero-harm work environment. About you: Strong interactive service delivery and relationship management skills.Knowledge of statutory legislation related to property operations, including Workplace Health & Safety and Essential Services regulations.Proficient in essential fire safety measures and building services, with superior organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while demonstrating excellent communication skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in building facilities management, with relevant qualifications and contractor management experience in commercial and industrial settings.
