About the Role: As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll own the design process end-to-end: from client workshops and strategy development to wireframing and final responsive designs. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping design direction and maintaining exceptional quality standards to deliver award-winning and meaningful outcomes.
Supported by Bravo's Experience Director, you will:
Run client workshops, translating briefs into strategic design solutions.Conduct research and engage with users to inform design decisions.Develop customer journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, and final UI designs in Figma.Maintain attention to detail in every project, delivering highly crafted work.About You: 5+ years of digital design experience, with a strong portfolio and proven experience in leading projects.Proficient in Figma and other key design tools, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.Passionate about creating user-centred designs that make a real difference.Confident communicator, adept at client and stakeholder engagement.Collaborative, organised, adaptable, and proactive.Continuously learning, curious about emerging trends and industry advancements.Experience in the Arts & Culture sector and/or digital product design is a definite plus!Why Bravo?
