Position: Senior Executive/Personal Assistant Location: Osborne Park / NOR (Location TBC)
Hours: 40–50 hours per week (flexible based on workload; after-hours availability required)
Salary: Package of up to $130,000 - $160,000 per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Join Our Client's Team as a Senior Executive/Personal Assistant! We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide top-tier support to the Managing Director of multiple thriving businesses within the commercial construction and manufacturing industry. Ideally, you'll have experience working with businesses in this sector—preferably roofing—and the ability to balance working within a tradie environment with its associated banter, while maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with clientele.

Key Responsibilities Executive and Business SupportManage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Draft, review, and edit contracts, NDAs, and other business documents.Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and prioritise correspondence, ensuring professional responses.Coordination and Project ManagementSupport key business projects and initiatives, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.Prepare and organise materials for board meetings and key sessions.Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.Event and Travel ManagementCoordinate detailed travel arrangements (domestic and international).Plan and manage executive-level events and meetings.Ensure seamless execution of all travel and event logistics.Confidentiality and DiscretionHandle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.Maintain confidentiality across all aspects of the role.About You Experience & Skills 5–7 years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, supporting senior executives.Proven experience within the commercial construction industry (roofing experience is a bonus).Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Bonus: Knowledge of contract management or business operations.Key Attributes Proactive and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.Adaptable and resourceful in handling changing priorities.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Ability to seamlessly balance a casual tradie environment with professional client interactions.A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Why Join the Team?
