Reporting to the Broome Centre Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative support and assist the Centre Manager in maintaining centre operations. Key responsibilities include:
Implement effective office administration procedures to ensure the centre satisfies PCYC standards, statutory reporting, and operating requirements.Demonstrate customer service, including responding to customer queries, recording gym memberships, and providing advice and information on PCYC programs and activities.Ensure the centre remains clean, orderly and conducive to productivity.If this sounds like your next role, apply now!
