Senior Executive Of Operations - Multi-Division Leadership

Our client is in search of a seasoned operational leader to direct a diverse portfolio of business activities. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of five primary divisions: waste management, construction services, industry consulting, equipment distribution, and structural steel production. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Executive of Operations will implement key strategies, drive performance enhancement, and ensure sustainable development across all units. This position is ideal for a visionary leader adept at maximizing cross-division collaboration and operational alignment within the Australian market.Key Responsibilities:Drive strategic growth across all business unitsProvide leadership to division heads and streamline daily operationsDevelop and apply innovative waste management strategiesSwiftly address challenges to uphold safety, compliance, and profitabilityCultivate and apply KPI frameworks for various departments and unitsEnhance cross-divisional synergy and communicationLead decisively with strong communication skillsMinimum Requirements:Strong decision-making skills with a focus on dataProven ability to enhance financial performance, including budgeting and forecastingBachelor's degree or higher in Business Management; an MBA is a plusAbility to cultivate long-term client, supplier, and stakeholder relationshipsBackground in engineering, manufacturing, and construction industriesExpertise in talent development and leadership cultivationExperience managing diverse teams with a focus on high performanceFamiliarity with safety protocols and compliance enforcementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management toolsSkilled in continuous operational improvement and risk mitigationRecord of driving EBITDA growth and operational efficiencyCompensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary of $230,000 to $270,000 AUDOpportunity to advance to Group CEO within two years based on performanceFull authority over decision-making and management across divisionsStandard annual leave packagePerformance bonuses tied to revenue growth and profitabilityA chance to lead multiple diverse businesses with unique challenges and growth potential
