The RoleThis position will be responsible for leasing the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
Job ResponsibilitiesSupporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.Job RequirementsDegree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.Strong presentation, negotiation, and effective interpersonal skills.Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have an added advantage.Candidates with relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
