An exciting opportunity for a Senior Event Operations Coordinator who has a passion for business events to join our Sponsorship & Exhibitions team. Hit the ground running in this fast-paced and creative environment, coordinating the delivery of sponsorship entitlements and exhibition projects.
Our current work environment is a 3/2 hybrid model, based in either our Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Melbourne CBD offices.
At Arinex you will have the opportunity to: Join a high-performing and dynamic team of event professionals Gain exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, events, and conferences Travel nationally and internationally for site inspections and onsite event delivery Input ideas and initiatives to continually improve our service offering and exceed our client objectives Enjoy a positive and fun team environment, with a supportive and collaborative approach to working Continually progress and develop your career through training and skills programs Key responsibilities of this role include: Facilitate the successful delivery of all sponsorship and exhibition requirements for conference events Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors once contracted Budget and financial monitoring in consultation with the Conference Project Manager Assist with strategic and administrative tasks for the Business Unit Cohesively work with other departments Build and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes To be successful in the role YOU will have: Ability to demonstrate excellent client relations Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Confident negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and planning skills Knowledge of EventsAir, Salesforce, or similar events software is desirable You will be surrounded by a supportive and experienced team, working on a diverse range of projects that will both challenge and inspire you.
