Role Responsibilities: Full involvement and input to the company's tender process Manage and review of tenders Attend on-site inspections as required and tender meetings Negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors/trades to secure prices over an agreed period Assist with the company's business development through relationships Work closely with the Construction teams Manage, develop, and lead existing junior estimating team members Role Requirements: Min 5 years' local newbuild and/or fit – out & refurbishment estimating experience Associated Tertiary qualifications Experience tendering on projects valued from $2M - $50Mil+ Able to estimate across multiple disciplines Organized and detailed with elevated level of accuracy Possess basic understanding of construction law and accepted business practices Positive and professional attitude with ability to collaborate with other staff Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills What's in it for you: Attractive salary package with bonus structures Enjoy a collaborative culture Join an established and well-regarded construction business with a strong record Progression path to Estimating Manager
