Senior Estimator - Residential Construction

Working from our modern Mile End offices, and reporting to the Building and Operations Manager, you be executing end to end estimating activities for the business.
This pivotal role will give you the opportunity to add real value to the business with your technical ability and knowledge of the Adelaide market.
About you To be successful in this role you will be suitably qualified with proven estimating and technical experience within the building industry (preferably volume housing) and have sound commercial skills.
You will also demonstrate; Contract, estimating, building and/or project management experience coupled with broad industry knowledge in either domestic or commercial industries Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
A deep understanding of home building processes and quality control measures.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to tailor a message to your audience.
An interest and desire to achieve the best building outcomes possible for all parties.
Timber framing code knowledge would be desirable.
This will be a hands-on role and you will work closely with senior management.
A focus on technical accuracy and quality commercial results will be pivotal to your success.
