About the Role
We have a senior process engineering position within our Adelaide process team working on design projects in the Oil and Gas industry and Energy Transition. The role on offer would suit individuals who have a strong technical background in Chemical/Process Engineering, who are prepared to take on a leadership role in the process team working with fellow Senior and Principal Engineers and the Process Manager. Primary responsibilities for the roles include:
Provide expertise and manage process design through engineering phases from concept/select, FEED through to detailed design and delivery.
Proactively communicate with Project Managers and Team Members to ensure Projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
Ability to manage and track single-discipline projects.
Write technical reports as required.
Prepare proposals and tenders (hours estimation and scope definition) for new and ongoing works.
QA role to other leads.
Provide technical guidance to develop junior engineers.
Source new clients and leverage existing relationships to promote the Process offering and drive opportunities.
About You

Process Engineering degree (or equivalent) with extensive process design experience in the Oil and Gas industry / Mining and Minerals Processing industry.
CPEng / CEng chartered status.
Skills in using ASPEN Hysys and DNV Phast software.
Sound knowledge of process safety and the ability to apply it to client operations.
Ability to be hands-on, flexible and work autonomously on multiple projects.
A confident communicator with the ability to drive projects and clients' success.
HAZOP / LOPA Facilitator experience and accreditation desirable.
A mix of consulting and operational experience would be an advantage.
