Senior Estimator | Residential Building

Established for nearly 40 years, our client is one of the WA's leading luxury and bespoke builders specialising in double story builds.
About the role
An experienced and professional residential Senior Estimator is required to join an established team with a strong background in double story builds. You will have an understanding and experience working within in the mid-high end boutique building environment a plus and be driven by excellence.
Skills & experience
Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Analysing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates
Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops
Consulting with trades, suppliers and personnel in other departments, or project manager & director to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
Evaluate and compare suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate pricing
Update and monitor internal price book
Ability to estimate multiple projects at a time
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite
Minimum 8+ years industry experience within the Perth market
