Senior Estimator

The Company:Having established themselves over 2 decades ago, they've paved the way in Western Australia for championing unique and innovative building methodologies and materials. Due to an internal restructure, they're now seeking to add a Senior Estimator to the pre-construction team.This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo.The Role:Reporting to the Group Estimating Manager, you will:Work closely with sales consultants, the administration team, and the construction team to ensure every project is accurately priced and completed to a high standard.Provide pricing on jobs through all building stages including sales, administration, contracts and under construction.Prepare detailed documentation to assist at point of sale and through administration.Work across single and double storey builds.Provide pricing for standard house models.Price earthworks and site-related costs.Record margin analysis and recording.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:2+ years Estimating experience for a Residential builder.Proficient in Databuild (Advantageous).A positive and self-motivated approach to your work.Excellent communication skills.What's in it for you?This role would suit somebody who enjoys Estimating, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.$120K + super (Depending on your experience)$500 towards health & wellness each yearCompany events (Melbourne Cup, HIA awards etc)Public travel costs reimbursed each month (If you travel to work via bus or train)Onsite parkingIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply now or contact Ian Bond on 0424 150 536 for more information.
