Senior Estimator

Residential Attitudes is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Osborne Park based office. This is a fantastic career opportunity to work with a team at the forefront of quality design, construction and customer service.About the roleCarry out custom sales costings for Sales Consultants, New Products/Designs, Prestart and Under Construction Variations as required within given timeframes.Review the sales file with Salesperson to ensure it is complete and correct.Check deal for ups and downs.Margin analysis, and firm knowledge to justify margins to higher management.Benefits and PerksAwesome positive team environment.Free onsite parking.Opportunity for training and advancement.Skills and experienceMinimum 5+ years' experience working for a project home builder.Minimum 2 years' experience estimating/scheduling multi-storey homes in a range of construction methods (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer).Pragmatic with good communication skills.Able to produce an accurate and precise custom sales costing for individual designs.Experience using FRAMEWORK and ORACLE preferred (but not essential).Ability to read and interpret plans, engineers and specifications.High level of organisational and time management skills.Ability to review other team members' work and assist in their training.High attention to detail, organised, diligent and numerate with sound CPU skills.Self-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction.Enjoy working in a team in a high energy environment.Adaptability and responsiveness to change.This is a fast-paced role and requires someone with a proactive nature to produce efficient and accurate work on a daily basis.All applicants will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.
