Senior Estimator

This role will see the successful candidate responsible for providing accurate pricing, communication and assistance to the office team and sales representatives, supervisors, trades and suppliers as well as preparing detailed documentation to assist at point of sale and through administration.

Free parking onsite Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years' experience working for a project home builder Minimum 2 years' experience estimating/scheduling multi-storey homes in a range of construction methods H.I.A Certificate in Estimating or Diploma in Estimating / Building preferred Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications High attention to detail, organised and diligent Sound adaptability and responsiveness to change Enjoy working in a team in a high energy environment Experience using FRAMEWORK and ORACLE preferred (but not essential) If you fit the above criteria, please apply to this ad.
