The Role: We are seeking a full time Senior Estimator based out of our HQ in Molendinar. Our HQ is modern, spacious and our team is upbeat, energetic and excited about our goals and growth.
Working closely with the Estimation team, you will responsible for estimating and assessing a range of roofing insurance repairs (large loss).

Key tasks / duties you will undertake: Desktop estimations Building Assessment & Scope of Works: Compile detailed assessments of damages relating to the claimed event.Prepare accurate Scope of Works and costings based off your visual onsite inspections.Preparation of Tenders.Preparation of VariationsLiaise with Internal staff, External Stakeholders and Subcontractors.Review and understand specialist Reports: Leak Detections, Engineer Assessments, Solar and Electrical Testing Reports.Role Criteria: Estimating (Insurance Claims) experience - ideal but not essential.Strong knowledge in residential to low / mid rise building projects.Knowledge in Trade pricing.Knowledge of the Australian Building codes and regulations, QBCC / NCC, Trade compliance and OH&SStrong Communication skillsAbility to manage high volume of work - strong organisation skills and time management.Technology: Ability to work over multiple different Portals / Systems simultaneously.Strong attention to detail.Strong ability to create and interpret Building Assessments and Scope of Works.Customer Service, Safety, Technology and Quality are critical to the role.
