The Role
To lead and manage the complete production of tender submissions to the highest possible standard to win work.
Assist with the development of a tendering strategy to align with the business strategy for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully lead the estimate production for the region Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the tender process Lead and promote a client-focused culture throughout the estimating function Lead, manage and develop estimators to deliver winning tenders Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Benefits

The Ideal Candidate:
Typically HNC qualified in construction or 5+ years' experience.
IT skills in Windows Office suite to experienced and highly proficient level.
Extensive industry (Construction) experience.
Extensive estimator experience.
Strong willed, dynamic leadership skills and experience (desirable).
Analytical problem solver.
Ability to think strategically.
Presentation skills to enable presenting to clients, colleagues, and executive team.
