We're seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Lawyer to join our dedicated team at Equity Trustees. In this role, you'll take charge of delivering quality Estate Planning services to our clients. About the role: Conducting initial and signing client appointments, ensuring the end-to-end process is within an acceptable time frame. Preparing relevant documentation, including simple and testamentary discretionary trust Wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship. Conducting peer and client reviews of draft documents, ensuring quality and accuracy. Identifying fiduciary strategies and opportunities where possible. What you need: Excellent understanding of estate planning. Ability to interpret legislation governing estate planning. Experience working with clients. Background advising on complicated estate planning matters. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Tertiary qualification in Law and admission to practice as a legal practitioner.
