About the RoleAre you trying to find an 8:6 FIFO roster as a Senior Environmental Advisor? This is a 3-month contract in which you will supervise compliance with statutory environmental requirements. The role will involve close collaboration with mining operations to ensure the teams understand and effectively fulfil their environmental responsibilities.

Key CriteriaAs the successful candidate for the role of Senior Environmental Advisor, you will meet the following criteria:

Conduct workplace environmental compliance inspections, emphasising stakeholder engagement and support.
Play a key role in gathering, organising, and analysing high-quality environmental data.
Oversee the site monitoring program, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards, while taking full responsibility for deliverables.
Support the execution of environmental assessments and work plans, ensuring the safe and efficient management of contractors.
Assist the team in preparing and securing environmental approvals and licenses.
A tertiary qualification in Environmental science or equivalent.
An excellent working understanding of environmental regulatory environments associated with the Mining Industry, best practice and general environmental systems and procedures.
C Class Manual Driver's License essential.
