Digital Business Solutions (DBS) provides support for staff and students across a range of information and technology services. DBS uses technology to create value for our students and customers through the portfolios of Learning and Teaching, Research and Innovation, and Professional Services. DBS embraces digital transformation as being fundamental to the delivery on the QUT Digital Strategy to enabling QUT's aspirations outlined in the QUT Connections Strategy.
What you need to succeed Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications together with extensive relevant experience with solutions technology service delivery in a large and diverse organisation. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, foster collaborative team environments, and develop and promote a client centred, continuous improvement and quality assurance focus in a complex technological environment, including participating in the development and implementation of procedures and strategies. Proven ability to engage with business leaders and senior stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and identify and resolve technical issues with a focus on implementing desired business outcomes in a complex technological environment with competing demands Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders to drive the achievement of project and organisational outcomes.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain productive and collaborative working relationships while effectively managing and aligning stakeholder expectations and requirements.Demonstrated experience in leading the development of solutions for a medium to large scale business using the concepts of agile to accelerate the delivery of quality outcomes Life at QUT We're committed to building a culture that fosters connection between people and purpose.
