Key Responsibilities: Design, development, and maintenance of integrations, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Contribute to Engineering Excellence of the integration practice by mentoring and elevating engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions. Support the hiring process to build a high-performing team. Contribute directly to the codebase, primarily in Python and Golang, while also providing technical leadership and oversight. Develop and maintain processes that drive efficiency and positive outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation. Wear multiple hats as needed to support the team and drive for results. Leverage your expertise in AWS to architect and maintain cloud-based solutions that meet the demands of our integrations. Qualifications: 5+ years of technical leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading successful engineering teams. Proficiency in Python and strong experience with Golang. Deep understanding of building and maintaining integrations. Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. Strong proficiency in AWS, with experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure. Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and aligned engineering culture. Nice to Have: Previous experience in payments or fintech is a plus. Experience working across multiple time zones. Experience with Dagster, or similar orchestration tools.
