The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager for Bulk-on-Site (BOS), the role will lead regional projects in line with the technical requirements, company guidelines and industry standards. This role will be responsible for driving the activities in the nominated area(s) in order to implement and maintain a safe workplace culture, reliability, quality and compliance of customer installations, seeking the highest customer satisfaction by leveraging existing systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Analyse, execute, and provide accurate project costings within allocated funds Assist with managing regional installations and maintenance costs Interact closely with customers from the initial stages of the project i.e. planning and design through to completion and overall support of maintenance activities Develop, implement and ensure compliance to Safe Work Methods Statements and risk assessment Implement and monitor the regional asset management structure Participate in development or upgrading Standard Operations Procedures through continuous improvement initiatives Review and recommend improvement of technical solutions to national engineering team Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Cryogenics or Industrial Gas experience essential Mandatory Project Management experience; project implementation and customer management Previous experience in a related field Skills in AutoCad to modify standard drawings Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills Experience in gas equipment Maintenance Positive attitude to learning new things and welcoming a challenge Innovative Thinking and Influencing Leadership Solution-focused Decision Making What we OFFER:
