An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Senior Employment Relations Advisors to join the Employment Relations Team at the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity: To coordinate and manage a range of employment relations issues and projects and provide advice, coaching and support to line managers and staff on policy matters, industrial relations issues, legislative requirements and support the resolution of workplace issues. Three Permanent Full Time Positions (76 hours p.f.) From 9 th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $144,003 p.a., comprising salary between $117,824 - $126,212 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Three Permanent Full Time Positions, 76 hours p.f.)
