Australian retail, supply chain business with a strong focus on service delivery and innovation, requires an adaptable HSW Business Partner to lead and influence across a patch of 69 locations. 

The company has a well-established and expansive network division across Australia and is growing significantly. You will be required to step into this role to build relationships, coach employees, provide site management and personnel with technical support and advice.

Role
You will be driving the safety function with a key influence all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. The role will encompass the implementation of the organisations Safety management system, as well as the coaching of line mangers to ensure continuous improvement of Health Safety and Wellbeing. 

Requirements Tertiary safety, health, environment qualificationsPrevious experience in safety in a matrix style organisation.Operational Safety experience, this person will be on the ground and overseeing multiple locations. Strong leadership skills as well as being able to build relationships ensuring a friendly personality.Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative and understanding current legislation within the state.Ability to prioritise and complete action plans with detailed reporting.Benefits & Next Steps
