You will be responsible for the development and review of HR related policies and procedures and will provide strategic input to the interpretation of university policy, workplace legislation and industrial relations initiatives.About YouTo be successful, you will require:Demonstratable experience in Enterprise Bargaining and complex case managementCompletion of or progress towards a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or a relevant field and/or a combination of relevant experience, training and education.Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on complex employment related issues, including the ability to accurately interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative instruments to manage and/or resolve issues.Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and the ability to interpret and advise on those requirements.The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the University.Excellent written and oral communication skills.This position is subject to Charles Darwin University Affirmative Action Priority Recruitment measures, in accordance with s57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 (NT) 1992.
