In an increasingly complex industrial landscape, we make sure we're doing the right thing by our people and proactively managing our industrial relations obligations.About the OpportunityAs the Senior Employee Relations Advisor you will provide high quality, professional, accurate and responsive advice to stakeholders on a range of relevant People & Culture matters, ensuring P&C practices comply with legislative requirements, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Come along for a new journeyYou'll be instrumental in ensuring our Employee Relations team delivers exceptional service.
Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:Provide advice and guidance to people leaders and employees on workplace relations matters, including relevant industrial instruments, applicable employment related legislation and internal policies.Coach and support people leaders on the end-to-end management of ER/IR matters involving performance management, absence management, grievances, conduct and behaviour to build capability and ensure managers are informed and supported to lead effectivelyEstablish and continue to establish a benchmark standard for best practice workplace investigations/mediations.Conduct and/or support people leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, and Advisors to conduct workplace investigations/mediations fairly and consistently.Actively maintain knowledge of relevant industrial instruments, policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant applicationWho we're looking for and what you'll bringThrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
