Senior Electrical Engineer required for a permanent residential role.Your new roleManage the integrity of the Instrument, PCS, HMI, and PLC control systems. Assist in the establishment of the electrical, control and instrumentation maintenance function and the development and maintenance of the electrical discipline in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).What you'll need to succeedTertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.High level knowledge of Australian and international Standards, and Regulatory requirements.High level knowledge of control system theory, engineering, and maintenance.High level diagnostic and analytical ability in working with complex systems.Able to interpret electrical drawings.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage numerous projects.Ability to investigate major plant failures and their causes.Ability to work autonomously and manage project improvements to meet deadlines.Sound computing skills and use of MS Office.ExperienceDemonstrated experience in instrument and control system experience preferably within a heavy industry environment.Demonstrated experience in using CITECT SCADA and Concept Unit Pro program.Demonstrated experience with AB PLC and instrumentation, HMI communications, LV MCC's, and motors, Instrumentation, PLC's, VSD's, Control system theory, engineering and maintenance.Demonstrated experience with faultfinding and root cause analysis or equivalent tools.What you'll get in returnIn return you will receive a permanent role with a relocation allowance if required.
