Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking a challenging opportunity to make a significant impact in the energy sector?

We're looking for a talented individual with prior experience of operations and maintenance of major heavy industrial facilities (such as power stations, steel or aluminium processing, petrochemical plant, fertilizer processing, sugar or mining processing plants).

The position is to join a leading energy company and play a key role in the operation and maintenance of a major power station in the picturesque South Burnett region of Queensland.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Power Station Operations:

Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the power station, ensuring continuous availability of electricity to meet demand.Monitor and analyse electrical systems and equipment performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability and integrity of electrical infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment uptime.3. Project Management:

Participate in capital projects and upgrades, from conceptual design through to implementation and commissioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.4. Regulatory Compliance:
