As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe , review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framewor k . Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

At Goodstart Ingle Farm our purpose-built early learning centre caters for up to 75 children per day across four rooms (Nursery 0-2, Toddler, 2-3, Pre-Kindy 3-4 and Kindergarten 4-School).We are a supportive and inclusive centre who welcome all families within our community and believe we provide a sense of belonging for everyone within our centre.
