(HEO5) $77,409 - $86,072 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Full time, 12 month fixed term position available immediately! Working under general direction in a team environment, the Academic Assessment Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality administration of admissions academic assessment activity for international coursework programs.
The Academic Assessment Officer will liaise with prospective students, academic and professional staff to administer the end to end processes for borderline and advance standing assessments, using the Credit Management System, data management and workflow management. In conjunction with other International Admissions staff they ensure the maximum yield from applications to offers, acceptances and enrolments is achieved.
To be successful you will need: Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of admissions administration, preferably in a higher education environment. Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services, processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner and monitoring, improving and maintaining databases. Proven high level organisational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability, complete tasks end to end and to meet deadlines. Proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative requirements. Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
