Pay: Ranges from $33.71 to $59.13 per hour – experience and qualification dependent
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Gawler South The centre is located next to the railway station making the daily commute to work a whole lot easier!Open Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm.We provide high quality education and care for 90 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years.Large outdoor space.
Add to that our well-stocked veggie gardens – and we have a solid base from which to teach about sustainability and the environment.You'll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent).
