The role of Senior Ecommerce Manager plays a pivotal role responsible for managing the online sales platforms of Cue and Veronika Maine, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.Managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management.Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce activities and other business functions, such as marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service.Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotions, and online advertising to support e-commerce objectives.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.Implementing best practices in web usability, SEO, and user experience to enhance the overall online presence of Cue and Veronika Maine Brands.Managing e-commerce sales budget – forecasting and reporting.Collaborating with IT and developers (agency) to optimize website functionality, user experience (UX), and site performance.Utilizing data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.Developing and executing content marketing strategies for own websites (Cue, Veronika Maine) as well as marketplaces (David Jones, Myer), ensuring alignment with brand voice and commercial objectives.Ensuring efficient and scalable eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.Monitoring industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Implementing brand guidelines and standards for digital marketing materials and campaigns.Implementing strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, focusing on usability, personalization, performance, and customer satisfaction.Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performance Ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, trust, and continuous improvement.Creating dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting KPIs, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis.Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in an ecommerce role.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools (GA4).Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Your application will include the following questions:
