About the Role: This is a role that requires a passionate Senior Duty Manager with extensive experience in high-volume, late-night trading venues featuring live music and entertainment.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while managing a variety of shift operations, including very busy late night shifts on Friday and Saturday nights, working closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
About you: You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced multi-faceted venues.
Motivated to work hands-on, you will be actively present on the floor, supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences.
You will demonstrate the following:
