Senior Document Controller

About the role  12 month contract  Engineering consultancy  Perth CBD location  Responsibilities  Ensuring the project documents comply with procedural requirements prior to processing into the document control system.
Controlling project documents/Vendor Data and maintaining registers to indicate current status via the document control system.
Assisting with the handover and archiving of deliverables as required by the client Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all documents are filed correctly.
Record issues and track the location of control documents and drawings.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the document control system.
Requirements 5+ years' experience.
Vendor data experience is mandatory.
EPCM experience preferred required on engineering and construction projects.
Major projects experience highly regarded.
Good level of understanding on document control practices and management and software packages.
Ability to work with and communicate at all levels with both internal and external clients.
