Start your journey at Nissan by joining our Sales team and driving network performance in Wholesale, Retail Sales, Fleet, Accessories, Training and Customer Experience metrics through leading, motivating and inspiring the Regional field sales force.Get Excited about driving our cars and have a fully maintained company car and fuel card with the option of additional lease cars for your family at a significantly discounted rate.Be Connected to a long term career at Nissan which can take you around the world.Have Confidence in your development through training and be supported with flexible hybrid working options.Your opportunity Reporting into our Regional General Manager - Eastern, you will support the team in achieving retail and wholesale objectives.You will manage, mentor and coach a team of three in sales processes, efficiencies and plans to ensure the field team achieve individual and shared objectives.Develop strong and collaborative relationships across the business both from a regional and national perspective.Ensure that plans are developed cohesively and roadblocks are identified and dissolved in a proactive and collaborative manner.Develop and encourage business plans in the dealer network that deliver sustainable results across key metrics through the field team.Assist team members with analysis on dealership and territory performance and identify opportunities to improve performance.Ensure regional field teams manage dealerships to meet Nissans required operational standards and dealerships work within the framework of the agreement.Training, coaching and mentoring sales field and regional staff to drive retail and wholesale performance, achieve maximum dealer network engagement and grow the partnerships with our dealers.You will bring 10 years' experience in a high performing sales and/or marketing role (preferably Automotive) with a strong focus on business planning, process re-engineering and execution.Proven track record in managing field staff, and achieving targets Ability to achieve deadlines and a high level of customer focus Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills Strong leadership and management expertise Highly analytical, with strong systems, process orientation and attention to detail Tertiary level degree in Business preferred or related discipline You will be joining a company with a history of doing what others don't dare to do.Be part of our transformation and electrification journey with e-POWER.As part of our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, this role is open to experienced candidates from all walks of life.We are committed to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.Power Your Future with Nissan!
