Skip to contentJob Title: Senior Director, Workforce Strategy and CultureDetails: The Workforce Strategy and Culture team is responsible for leading the Directorate's diversity and inclusion, organisational development, workforce data and reporting, and workplace coaching functions.The Senior Director, Workforce Strategy and Culture will be responsible for the development and implementation of a workforce development strategy designed to enhance the future people capability to support the JACS Directorate.The Senior Director will continuously develop, review, and implement effective training, learning, and development strategies, as well as lead the maturity of HR data and analytics reporting to enable ongoing compliance and organisational continuous improvement.The Directorate has commitments in the JACS Strategic Plan, the Reconciliation Action Plan, and the Gender Action Plan that the Senior Director will oversee, coordinate, implement, and regularly report on. This position is in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
