We inspire, create curiosity, and empower women through their beauty and confidence.Who We Seek:As the Senior Director of Digital Growth & Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive digital growth and optimize customer acquisition across multiple channels. This role involves a combination of strategic leadership and executional excellence.You will oversee a team, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and achieve aggressive growth targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, performance optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Channels include SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, partnerships & influencer marketing.What You'll Do - Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive digital growth strategies to achieve Honey Birdette's goals and objectives.Own the planning and execution of 360 global digital media campaigns. Channels include SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing.Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted marketing messages.Identify opportunities, develop and drive market leading influencer and partnership strategies.Performance Optimization & Budget Management:Analyze KPI's to evaluate the effectiveness of digital acquisition strategies. Optimize and implement data-driven improvements to enhance campaign performance.Manage the digital media budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Team Management:Grow and lead a team of digital professionals.Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, providing guidance and support to team members.This role will work closely with, and be managed by Honey Birdette HQ (Sydney, Australia).Close collaboration with eCommerce, digital operations, CRM, PR, marketing, merchandising and senior leadership teams.Develop and manage external agencies and partners, driving success and aligning agency KPI's with overall business objectives.Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular reports on digital growth and acquisition performance to senior leadership teams. Track KPI's and present actionable insights.What You'll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. E-commerce experience is essential.
