The Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in CommSec comprises UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Product Managers, and Customer Strategy experts. The team is responsible for evolving the digital experiences across web and app at CommSec.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing Product strategic & development initiativesDeveloping an understanding of external future product developments roadmapsFollowing Product & Development framework in terms of strong governance/disciplined approachAnalysing business requirements and customer requirementsManaging all aspects of product developments in line with Senior manager's objectivesProactively identifying and assessing the impact of regulatory change and risksPlanning and executing changes in line with these regulations as requiredCollaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers across the value chainWorking closely with Credit risk, Operational risk & Compliance ProcessIdentifying product and process improvement ideas that arise in the product developmentDelivering presentations on international market intelligence including disruptive technology platforms and emerging technologies for Management to actionUnderstanding reporting requirementsP&L management that includes product profitability through use of standard cost models and business case constructLiaising with the Processing Services, International Services ES teams to ensure high quality customer serviceFollowing the Code of Conduct at all times We're interested in hearing from people who have: Demonstrated experience in banking or related financial servicesStrong understanding of the Financial Services Industry, with understanding of the tradingExcellent Communication skills both written and oralClient service focusAbility to prioritize and work to multiple deadlinesExcellent analytical skillsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influenceHigh attention to detailRisk MindsetBachelor degree or higher level qualification
