Senior Digital Product Manager

Product Manager Your team The Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in CommSec comprises of UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Product Managers, and Customer Strategy experts. The team is responsible for evolving the digital experiences across web and app at CommSec. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Product strategic & development initiatives.Developing an understanding of external future product developments roadmaps.Following Product & Development framework in terms of strong governance/disciplined approach.Analysing business requirements and customer requirements.Managing all aspects of product developments in line with Senior manager's objectives.Proactively identifying and assessing the impact of regulatory change and risks.Planning and executing changes in line with these regulations as required.Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers across the value chain.Working closely with Credit risk, Operational risk & Compliance Process.Identifying product and process improvement ideas that arise in the product development.Delivering presentations on international market intelligence including disruptive technology platforms and emerging technologies for Management to action.Understanding reporting requirements.P&L management that includes product profitability through use of standard cost models and business case construct.Liaising with the Processing Services, International Services ES teams to ensure high quality customer service.Following the Code of Conduct at all times. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Demonstrated experience in banking or related financial services.Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry, with understanding of trading.Excellent Communication skills both written and oral.Client service focus.Ability to prioritize and work to multiple deadlines.Excellent analytical skills.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence.High attention to detail.Risk Mindset.Bachelor degree or higher level qualification.
