We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Officer to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role is responsible for supporting delivery of digital communications (internal and external) that are timely, targeted and engaging

This position is a fixed-term, full-time role working directly within the Communication and Education team and is located in the Brisbane CBD.
The Residential Tenancies Authority is a state government statutory body that provides tenancy information and support, bond management, dispute resolution, compliance and enforcement, and education services.
The role of the Senior Digital Officer is to support the design, development, optimisation and performance of the RTA's digital communication channels, content and campaigns. This will be achieved through the maintenance of the RTA intranet, website, internal and external email campaigns, digital advertising, reporting, video and design production, best practice digital support for surveys, events and webinars.
Operating within a customer-focused, corporate environment that values your self-leadership skills, professional judgement and contributions, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that partners with all areas of the RTA to provide strategic advice and quality outcomes. You will respond quickly and effectively to planned, emerging and urgent opportunities, issues and trends.
