Leading Government client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to assist across a highly visible digital transformation project.12 month contract with potential extension, paying up to $900 plus Super per day, based in Sydney with WFH flexibility.Ideal background across digital transformation and large-scale customer experience project work.Overview:
A leading Government client is on the lookout for a talented Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their innovative team. This role is essential in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experience, systems interaction, and comprehensive requirement documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements that support digital initiatives.
• Develop detailed user stories that encapsulate customer needs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Create process diagrams that map current and future-state workflows, highlighting systems interactions.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing customer experience through digital solutions.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements elicitation and validation.
• Perform gap analysis to inform digital strategy and recommend actionable solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovative thinking and strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in creating requirement documentation, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and systems interaction.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
