DeliverablesThe Senior DevSecOps Engineer is essential for defining best practices in software delivery and infrastructure management, leading the design and development of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) assets to automate provisioning of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, supporting both internal capabilities and product deployments.ResponsibilitiesDrive high-quality operational processes by implementing best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure management with IaC, and enhancing software delivery through collaboration with development and operations teams.Design and maintain build servers to support software build, testing, and packaging, while improving operational activities with effective monitoring, alerting, and analytics.Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and reliability, and mentor the team on industry best practices for continuous improvement.Essential6+ years' relevant experience in Software Development/Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Engineering role.Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Ability to attain NV1 security clearance.Knowledge & SkillThe ideal DevSecOps Engineer candidate will have experience in production environments and expertise in IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, along with proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab.A solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of containerized workloads in container orchestration technologies such as Docker EE, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or OpenShift.Strong communication, effective time management, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic environment are key for success in this role.
