Our culture and people are our greatest assets, and we recently launched our refreshed strategy that focuses on building on our strengths while transforming for the future.We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Investment & Development team based in Brisbane.About the opportunityAs the Senior Development Manager, you will manage the development of a significant commercial office tower project that forms part of a large-scale, landmark, mixed-use redevelopment in the Brisbane CBD. In addition to the office tower, the redevelopment includes retail and hotel components.Working as part of a broader project development team, under the leadership of a Development Project Director, key tasks that you will be responsible for include:Oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial office tower development to ensure alignment with budgets, metrics, program, quality and stakeholder expectations.Implementing the commercial office development strategy.Overseeing the commercial office Project Management team.Contributing to tenant presentations and leasing negotiations (including Head of Agreement and Agreements for Lease).Overseeing the incorporation and coordinating tenant partner requirements for integrated and non-integrated fit-outs.About youYou will have extensive experience, as a Senior Development Manager, leading developments within the commercial office sector, through all project phases.Tertiary qualification in property, construction, finance or related field is preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of development processes, construction and design principles, feasibility, construction, retail planning and master planning, town planning, leasing and valuation principles.Specifically experience in the following areas will be particularly beneficial:Lease negotiations, including commercial office Heads of Agreements and AFLs.Managing and coordinating tenant partner requirements for integrated and non-integrated fit-outs.Given the role requires you to work as part of a larger development team, it is also important that you demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with other Development Managers / Senior Development Managers responsible for managing adjacent elements of the mixed-use redevelopment.We offerWe understand that work is only one part of your life, and because of this we have benefits to allow you to focus on what is important to you.
