Responsibilities:
The Senior Developer reports to the Chief Customer Officer, leading multiple projects to ensure excellence. You will:
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring the quality and cohesion of their work.
Design and implement systems and data architectures.
Perform hands-on development and troubleshooting as needed.
Understand and integrate various components, including Salesforce, AWS, ReactJS, and numerous third-party systems.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
While direct experience with Salesforce is not required, a willingness to learn and work with enterprise systems, including databases and workflow systems, is essential.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in both systems and data architecture, capable of hands-on work, and able to clearly communicate technical specifications.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in systems architecture and data architecture.
Ability to perform hands-on coding and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, databases, and workflow systems.
Generalist mindset with the ability to understand and integrate diverse components and technologies.
Skilled software engineer with a broad technical skillset.
Proficiency in Java and SQL (equivalent to Salesforce Apex).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of QA practices.
