YOUR MISSIONWe have a Senior Developer opportunity within our Marketing team. This role will involve managing and working on the production and overall development of our Local Sports Licensing collections within each property whilst adhering to Global guidelines and Brand messaging.Support the Senior Design Manager and the Team Head Sports Licensing with adhering to the critical path in order to hit all key milestones relevant to all internal and external parties.Support the Team Head of Sports Licensing with accurate pricing for all Sports Licensing properties.Tracking and management of all items relating to production for the design and development of the Sports Licensing range.Provide support with the creation of sales tools for Sports Licensing presentations, including catalogue development.Monitor all Sports Licensing products via detailed production specifications (tech pack creation, fittings & sample comments) from the Puma Global Sourcing and the Sports Licensing team.Work with the Puma Group Sourcing to sign off Sports Licensing collections for production including contributing to forecast totals of all SKU's.Manage the status of range development which includes production and technical design in conjunction with the Senior Design Manager.Explore new product concepts and technologies in line with global direction and initiatives – including sustainability initiatives.Monitor the development of all styles with overseas & local suppliers in conjunction with the Senior Design Manager to ensure on-time delivery & sign off.Work collaboratively with the Team Head Sports Licensing to achieve on-time delivery of all Sports Licensed products to our Licensed teams and retail partners.Monitor the quality of all Sports Licensed team wear products to ensure the highest standard of performance & PUMA standards are met, including conducting QC checks on globally and locally produced products.Manage the development of and negotiate pricing of all trims through offshore and local suppliers.Manage the stock levels of trims and labels to ensure sufficient supply for range requirements.Create a solid base of Sports Licensing styles and fits based on PUMA international guidelines in conjunction with the Senior Manager Sports Licensing.Support the pattern making process and management of patterns across suppliers.Follow the embellishment process from start to finish for global and local garments, ensuring quality is of its highest standard and timing is adhered to as negotiated, including creating embellishment codes through PUMA global.Assist the Team Head Sports Licensing with club fittings or club specific product sessions.Work with the Operations team to track orders and ensure deliveries to partners on time and in full.Manage all samples for photography for Sports Licensing and ensure the most relevant samples are up to date and provided for all photo shoots.Assist with establishing and refining processes to improve efficiency and output for the Sports Licensing Team.Manage direct reports through regular WIP's and development plans.Participate and be an active member of the weekly Sports Licensing WIP, the Marketing/Sports Licensing WIP and any other team meetings.Assist the Team Head Sports Licensing with ad hoc programs instigated by our licensed teams which require sourcing, embellishment and delivery.YOUR TALENTMinimum 5-7 years' experience in production, category assistant role, or development role.Proficient in Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
