Provide high level patient care and customer service Great opportunity to build your supervision skills through leading the Dental Assistant Team Work within an academic and commercial clinical environment The role Full Time, Continuing Level 5 - $79,610 to $86,913 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Orange We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Dental Assistant to provide quality clinical and professional support to oral health clinicians, teaching staff, both dentistry and oral health therapy students and lead a small team of Dental Assistants.
The position will focus on the day-to-day operations of the Clinic and supporting the Clinical Director and the Clinical Operations Coordinator in meeting compliance with clinical and business operations.
Individuals who can demonstrate sound leadership qualities, a commitment to providing a high level of patient-centred service, who hold outstanding communication skills, use their initiative to problem solve, and can display a commitment to continuous improvement and Charles Sturt values are encouraged to apply.
