What you'll do: Deliver client onboarding within budget and timeframeCollect and utilise client feedback for continuous improvementSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client testing activitiesDevelop content for internal processes, user guides, and client-facing collateralAnalyse & interpret client data, identify gaps and issuesRecommend process and system improvements to increase efficiencies and usabilityParticipate in requirements gathering, backlog review sessions and prepare ad hoc analysis as requiredWhat you bring: Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other relevant numerate degree5+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or TreasuryStrong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in an agile product teamProficiency in Microsoft Office applications3-5 + years Cash-Flow Modelling
