That's where you come in… You will be the most senior engineer on our data squad where you'll help contribute in the following ways:
Design and implement technology to ingest data from external sources into our data lake, ensuring quality and consistencyYou will take an active role in contributing to our data stack, ensuring data is flowing and formatted in a way that allows the business to generate insightsYou will use your skills in Python, SQL and DBT to transform data and make available for analytics and reporting purposesYou will also contribute to our Ruby on Rails powered product, where the data is surfaced and used to streamline processes and underpin delightful product experiencesWho you are: Experience with AWS services such as AWS Glue, Lambda and RedshiftExperience with programming languages Python, Ruby and DBTExperience with data manipulation libraries and frameworks and can wield Pyspark with ease!Experience managing technical requirements, definition through to implementation, performance verification and monitoringWhat we offer: Our team is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand!We are a remote friendly environment believing that happy and healthy employees produce better business outcomesWe believe that all ideas are good ideas and all voices are equalWe love those that think differently and want a challenge.
