Backed by technology and automation, we are dedicated to creating new innovative, ground breaking, streamlined solutions.Your Role:As a key leader, you will lead the development of new software, automations, chat GPT's user interfaces, and data architecture to increase efficiencies. You'll also work with existing software to identify opportunities for better usage, while collaborating with the founders, senior leadership team and all staff to find areas for further automation and enhancement. Your primary responsibility will be creating new software/offerings, building workflows, automations, apps, and processes using off-the-shelf and custom software to improve business performance and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of data architecture and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Create and collaborate on the development of user interfaces, software, apps, and automations. Work with existing software solutions to find ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with staff to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance business processes.Revolutionise the insurance claims industry by simplifying the claims process and improving customer experience.Work closely with the tech team to transform the company into something you can be proud of.
