Developing and configuring D365/PowerApps modules. Integrating external data sources with D365, setting up workflows, plugins, and cloud flows. Creating and configuring CRM dashboards for business users based on user stories. Using Azure tools like KeyVault, AppInsights, App Services, and API management. D365 Security Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of D365's security model, including roles, field-level, team, and hierarchy-based security.
